Work in progress...............

Good morning my blogging chums. Hope you are all blossoming in this fabulous weather.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments on my last post, well, in fact every post. Its very kind of you all and appreciated more than you will know.

Today's offering is a kind of experiment. I was having one of those "what would happen if I did this" moments ( they usually happen in the kitchen and work 9 times out of 10).
I didn't have any parchment so I used tracing paper.....they seem similar to my untrained eye. I stamped my Kanban (R.I.P) rose stamp onto it with blue pigment ink and heat embossed (carefully) with Cosmic Shimmer clear embossing powder
I then used a glue pen on the flowers and added some pale blue glitter (it was still lurking from the aperture hiccup). I then cut the tracing paper to fit a white 5x7 card blank and then cut an aperture out of the card blank. I then did the same with a piece of blue card and sandwiched the image between the two.
Its obviously missing a sentiment but I feel it still needs something else. What do you all think?
All suggestions gratefully received but keep em clean folks, its a family show !!!

Keep having fun in the sun with Pina Coladas, Pimms, Peach Schnapps or whatever your tipple is. Me, I'm just high on life LOL !!!

Ps.....Don't forget Julia is on Ideal World tonight.

  13. Hi. I've also nipped over from John's blog. Lovely cards and this one is particularly pretty. The rose die is beautiful and anything blue gets my vote. Don't think it needs a sentiment.
