Love. . . . . . . . Yet Again

Good evening blogsters. Hope all is well in your respective parts of the pond. Work is very busy at my end. The re-furb is well under way so I've been doing extra hours to help out. Got a bit of inflammation in my chest ligaments, probably from all the lifting/stretching but ibruprofen seems to be keeping it in check at the moment.
I hope, after my last post, you haven't been raiding DIY shops of their wallpaper hahaha!!! I do have a few different samples, purely for contemplating decor purposes you understand. . . . . . . .

Now, you will notice I'm sticking with the love theme. I promise I shall only be sending one card in case any of you get the wrong impression and think I'm a duck of loose character (chance would be a fine thing. . . . )
I created this card for two reasons 1. to enter the Hobbycutz Challenge/DT call. I missed the cut off for the challenge but have decided to go for the DT call.
The inspiration pic is this. . . . . .

I hope that my interpretation fits the brief.

And 2. to enter the Papermill Direct Valentine Challenge here

Ingredients are. . . . .
PMD red card
Ross cream card
Sissix Heart dies
SB Lattice die
SB Bitty Blossoms
Red organza ribbon
Crafts Too Heart embossing folder

The earrings are my creation too.

Hope you like my creations for today and that you all have a great week ahead.

Take care all.

TTFN

  3. Hi Ang gosh this seems a late post for you, but what a stunner of a card this one is. The dies are gorgeous and I just love your design and the little heart with the sentiment on it, love everything about it.
Now fankled means that something is all messed up, in this case Alistair's rope was not in the coil it should have been, but twisted and knotted, not what you really want up a mountain when on a small ledge. Maybe it's a Scottish word.
watch you don't overdo things at work, hugs Kate X

  7. Hi Ang. Good to be back. just love this card, especially the half and half heart.-Sorry I didn´'t mean that to sound like a chinese takeaway.
On my brief visit in Gatwick in betweeen planes, Everyone seemed to be sneezing and coughing. Fortunately I got home germfree. Obviously that time of the year. You take care.

  9. Hi Ang, sounds like you have been overdoing things so try and take it a bit easier this week.. Two for the price of one today with earrings to go with the card. I'm sure this should win you a place on the design team as it is so nice. Good luck, best wishes Jackie

  12. Wow! Gorgeous card Ang! Guess you got hooked on this DT thing! Take it slow and heal up from all the lifting! I am a little depressed this week because our Football team (Denver Broncos) lost the Superbowl. Oh well, on to making more cards!
