The Big Reveal . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Good morning one and all. Hope this finds you with fine fettles.

I'm doing ok at the moment. Still slightly bruised from the burst blood vessel but mostly cleared up now, lungs and heart appear to be ok at the moment and I'm still yet to have pins and needles around my back passage...................anyone who didn't read my last blog post is now wondering what the heck they have clicked on 😂😂😂.

Now, I've been busy doing samples for John and his new release on Hochanda today and tomorrow with the lovely Reveal, Oundle and Woodford die sets.
They are smashing sets and I loved playing with them.

Ingredients
Brown and cream card
First Edition Boho Chic paper
JND Reveal die set
JND Woodford die set
JND Chrysanthemum die set
JND Aster die set
JND Sentiment stamps
Memento ink
Arteza watercolour pencils
Teeny gold beads

I have been enjoying using watercolour pencils to colour my flowers and foliage as I like the effect they give. I apply or blend the colours with a cotton bud dipped in water.

Hope that you can watch the shows as I'm sure that John will be his usual jovial and inciteful self.

Stay safe and look after yourselves................. I can see us all being in lockdown again before long.

MAWTT Challenge 123

Good morning everyone. Hope that you are all well?

Well, you know how things are never straightforward with me? After a week of anitbiotics, my chest started to feel better, happy days, or so I thought.

I then popped a blood vessel in my calf, bloomin scary, painful and not great when I take anticoagulents. Two weeks later, from the back of my knee to my ankle, its still a lovely mix of colours from shades of blue to purple to yellow but at least no longer painful.
I'm hoping that is the 3 things now...........enough to be going on with.
The one bit of humour in the whole episode was when I rang 111 for their advice I was asked if I was the patient so I answered "yes". I was then asked if the patient was still breathing 😕😕😕. I'm guessing that those questions were asked in the wrong order?
The lady the proceeded to ask other questions, one of which was "Have you had any pins and needles around your back passage?" WHATTTTTTTT? I said "I did say it was a problem with my calf, which is my leg!!!" 😲😲😲

Anyhoo, back to the matter in hand. Its time for another challenge over at MAWTT and this month's theme is................................

I had made this card as a sample for one of John's shows and thought it was just the job!

Ingredients
Cream linen card
Black card
First Edition Christmas Wishes paper
JND Sam's Circles die

Its what I call an inverted eclipse card as the patterned section is layered up and raised rather than the cut out bits. A simple but effective card, I think.

Hope that you can join in the challenge and show us your lovely creations over at MAWTT.

Until next time, be good and stay safe.
