Good morning folks. Hope all is well.
Had various bits and bobs going on here and a busy week seems to be lined up for next week too. Still, keeps me off the streets.
Hello to Jane, who has kindly clicked follow.........Welcome to The Pond.
Thank you for your kind comments on my last card. Sometimes, quick and easy is the order of the day.
Now, the last card was the waste and here is the card the cut out snowflakes were used for.
There are snowflakes everywhere on this one.
Ingredients
Aqua card
Silver mirror card
JND Snowflake Edges dies
JND Snowflakes die
JND Festive Sentiments die (inside)
Papermania Snowflakes embossing folder
Krylon Silver pen
3mm gems
There are a couple of Edges and Sentiment dies left on my website if you haven't already got yours.
Well Mrs A, I'm hoping that Flash will not be baring any more flesh any time soon but he did go out to his wheely bin last week bare chested (very uncouth) but I suppose we have to be grateful it wasn't Mrs Flash doing that. She has a rather ample frontage and on occasion, has been witnessed in the street without appropriate support, which looks like 2 kids fighting under a blanket.
Barbara, not sure that Mr D would share the idea of The Girls being worth the wallpaper and curtains lol!!! Bet you don't get this bother with Lulu.
I should point out, we haven't had the minxes for a year for those of you who think you have been in a time vortex. They are one next week but we got them at 4 months old.
Well that's me for now. Time to have my hot lemon and plug in the big slipper (oh, how the long Winter nights will fly by).
Have a fab weekend and don't forget to watch John on Sunday at 12 and 3.

A great Card Ang I do like snowflakes I think they maybe my theme for this year. It's definitely Autumn now I hope it's nice next week as we are going Dorset for a few days as its our wedding anniversary xx
ReplyDeleteMorning Ang, oh yes I like this sample, I am so pleased with John's dies, they cut like a dream and I am loving the new packaging too, I hate those plastic things which need a pair of industrial scissors to open them, and they take up a lot of room.
ReplyDeleteI like the colour scheme you have chosen for this sample too, I have some lovely blue mirror card which, with your permission, I would like to try and do, would not be a patch on yours though.
I am still plodding through these wedding favors for my niece's wedding in 2 weeks time, nearly there, then have to do the place names, table planners and create some stickers for the treat that is inside the favors...gosh better get my skates on.
Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx
Like June says the dies cut like a dream, so much so that one jumped and ran away and hid somewhere in my craft room!!!! But I do love them and your card is gorgeous, fab design as per. xxxxx
ReplyDeleteAnother lovely card, Ang.

I am a bit miffed that I have already made all my Xmas cards this year, shows how little excitement there is in my life lol!! Take care stay healthy Loots of Love Barbara D xx
ReplyDeleteLovely card to put a smile on any recipient's face. I love the curving top with the snowflakes peeking over.
ReplyDeleteBarbara, I have a friend who had her Christmas cards for this year made in January. I'd forget where I put them if I did them that far in advance.
Everyone, have a wonderful weekend,

Hello Ang,
ReplyDeleteSuper card as usual and I agree with the others that John's dies cut brilliantly.
Are you by any chance looking forward to the long, cold, dreary days ahead, not to mention the dark nights, they'll be here before you can say "make mine a large double". Yippee, bring it on ha ha.
love Maureen xxx

ReplyDeleteHello Ang,
ReplyDeleteThank you once again for another lovely card! I’m a bit partial to snowflakes! Crafting ones, not real ones!
When you welcomed Jane to the Pond I gulped! I’m not the best swimmer! Neither is Maureen! Lol!
Love Myra xx
That’s a lovely card Ang.
