MAWTT Challenge 63. . . . . . . . .

Good morning everybody. Hope you're all fine and dandy.

Thank you again for your lovely comments. Any positive vibes are always appreciated.

Its time for the latest challenge over at MAWTT and this time round, the lovely Amy is hosting and has chosen the theme.........................

                                                              CAS

Now, sorry if I confused the couple of folk that had dropped by first thing as I had featured a card that I had forgotten I had already blogged and thankfully, Bridget had spotted it. Blame the fact I had forgotten to put the pics in my "Blogged Cards" folder or stress or just general doolallyness lol!!!
Needless to say, I have now changed the card to this one, which I know I haven't shown before.I don't do a lot in the CAS line but sometimes less can be more............except with butter.

Ingredients
White and red card
Nelly Snellen holly die
Crafters Companion sentiment stamp
Variety of green inks
Clear bling coloured with red marker
Hougie board for score lines

I cut the holly as an aperture and popped some card I had shaded with different green inks underneath. Its a 6x6 card.

Hope you can all pop over to MAWTT to see what everyone else has done and why not enter a card too?

I am trying to follow the advice of a few of you who have said to keep my chin up................trouble with that is deciding which chin lol!!!

On that note, have a great Thursday.

TTFN
Ang x

Ps........ Here's a cheeky snap of Mr B I managed to get on my new camera.
Pity he was hiding in the Wisteria..........hopefully it won't set WART off lol!!!

  11. Hi Ang,
what a very super card and I love your wonderful CAS style it's gorgeous.
Super idea the cut away holly apertures.
I also keep a folder with my posted cards or creations as my memory is not so good these days and I could accidently post omething twice if I didn't I'm sure.
Not surprised you made a mistake with all that has been going on.
Received my goodies this morning thank you so much.
Looking forward to playing again with my media plates now I have the right inks.
So glad the knitted duck put a smile on your face that was what I hoped it would do.
Jan Small made it, and as soon as I saw her post I was asking to buy it.
Love and very gentle crafty hugs. Jenny L.

  12. Hello Ang,
I thought I'd entered a parallel universe when I saw a Christmas Card and then realised that it was just a Mrs Duck surprise ha ha.
Now my dear, sorry to tell you this but Mr B is actually a drone, scouting for any breaches in security on the Wisty front. You just never know what we're up to.
The best chin to lift is the one nearest the floor - ask me how I know ha ha.
    love Maureen x

  17. Hi Ang, beautiful card, love the simplicity of it.
Do hope that you are feeling better and hopefully will not have to wait for too long for your results.
The photo of Mr.B is fabulous, however just a question are you really sure it's your Mr. B, as Maureen quite rightly pointed out we here on the Wisteria Freedom Front have many resources we can call on to keep us up to date on the state of said Wisteria.

  19. Yes but not when it lands upside down on the floor. That's when youo wish you'd had dry toast!!
Frivoliities aside this is a great looking CAS card. How are the neighbours doing of late? Hugs Mrs A.

  20. It's magnificent that you have the talent to do any style, Ang! And you should do CAS more often as you really rock the clean and crisp design! This is being pinned as my CAS-loving heart is aswoon! I'm sitting here with my nose an inch from the monitor as this morning I had my second cataract surgery in as many weeks and everything is horribly blurry, but I had to get on before this post got pushed too far back in the line-up! I hope you get the final results of all the tests soon. I'm keeping you in my thoughts and prayrers!! Hugs, Darnell
