Good morning mon petit pois's. Hope that you are all well.
I have been ok but boy, this studying mularkey is hard core. I have completed and passed 3 modules now. Its been like doing my A Level Biology again.
I am also doing samples for John's Christmas shows so my hands are still full.
Now, this is a card from John's last shows using the fabulous new Stamford die set.
Ingredients
White shimmer card
Crafts Too embossing folder (Whose name escapes me)
JND Stamford Dies
JND sentiment
Diamante bling
I know that its big and bold and OTT (any comparisons to me will be poo poo-ed) but sometimes you just gotta go with it.
Thank you all for your birthday wishes. I had a fab Pizza Hut buffet lunch with Mr D (I'm a cheap date) and this year it was an M&S chocolate cake.........no custard cream one this time Jenny.
I had some lovely cards and pressies so thank you to my blog chums for your super creations.
Well, Canadian GP this weekend so the studies will be on one side for a couple of hours today and tomorrow. Also going to try and squeeze in a couple of episodes of The Night Manager, which I have noticed is on Prime Video..............I am in love with Hugh Laurie (Don't tell Mr D),
Better scoot now as there is some bacon, Jersey Royals and peas with my name on them...... I am scheduling this rather than having a strange breakfast.
Have a smashing weekend all.

Morning Ang, oh you do make me laugh with your comments. You are one very busy lady at the moment, wish I could help. The sample for John's show was amazing as always. Got all the new dies now so will be having a play but for a couple of weeks, have gt a few things on the go that I must finish.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your Canadian GP ha ha ---- I won't tell Mr D.
Stay safe, healthy and happy, hugs, June Smith xxx

ReplyDeleteLovely card Ang. Well you have been busy. Have a good weekend and enjoy the GP.
ReplyDeleteHi Ang fitting in your great card and decor makes alongside studying. I just don't know how you do it all though it keeps the grey cells ticking over I suppose. So congratulations on passing your first modules. I sat up to watch quality last night then more or less as soon as it came on I fell asleep and woke up to the finishing credits!! Its even later tonight so I don't think I will be bothering but hope you enjoy it xx
ReplyDeleteHi Ang, what a lovely card, I don't know how you do it to study and create such beautiful pieces at the same time. I can barely keep up with my day job and the few cards I get round to making. Well done on your studies. Bx
ReplyDeleteHi Ang,
ReplyDeletewonderful card and there sure is something special about a nearly all white card.
Your design looks very stunning and the embossing is so raised too.
Love the wonderful dies used they are so gorgeous and look brilliant like that.
Loved meeting John again in Kent recently.
If I had known he was there I would have curbed my spending else where and bought from him.
serves me right for not checking but I did enjoy my day out with my friend who took me.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.
This is a gorgeous W-O-W design, Ang! Lots of lovely texture and dementia! You sound like you are doing well, although very busy, which is good! So glad you had a great birthday! I hope you got my card and email! Hugs, Darnell

Happy belated birthday
ReplyDeleteLovely sample Very elegant
Oh, a beautiful card. You always come through even though you are burning the candle at both ends. You go!Girl.
ReplyDeleteI just got back from the coast. Wonderful weather and a relaxing, fun time. Next month my son will be visiting from Montana plus I am getting a puppy....I am sure she's safe from Ninja Kitties in my yard. I am over the moon excited about this pup who I went to visit yesterday. Card making is going to be a little hard for a time until I get her house safe. I don't normally start Christmas cards early but may need to start on them during her naps.
Everyone, have a good week,
Stephanie K
A bit late in catching up on your cards but this one is a stunner. Glad to hear you had a lovely birthday xx
